I took some time to warm to Juno but really enjoyed it by the end. My main issue was the invasive and pretentiously hip music, it really threw me out of the movie at times. The script however is whip-smart and the wonderful dialogue drew me back in. Ellen Page has been deservedly Oscar-nominated but the wonderfully observed supporting characters are what bring a warmth to what otherwise might be a world heightened a little beyond reality.
